Can you sign my CD?
I will sign CDs by request! There will be a place to add a note in the PayPal order form after you click to Checkout. Please be sure to specify if you want it adressed to a certain name, otherwise it will just have my autograph. If you forget to do this or decide you want it signed after you place your order, please use the contact form at the bottom of the right column or the one on my website to email me, or contact me on Twitter at @allyrhodesmusic.

How soon after purchase will I receive my item(s)?
Generally, I ship items within one business day, but no longer than three. After shipment, US orders will arrive in 3-5 business days and international orders in 7-10.
Please note that if you pay by echeck, I have to wait for your payment to clear before I can send it. This can delay the shipping process. However, it usually takes about five business days, and I am usually able to ship the day it clears.

How will I know when my package has been shipped?
You will get an email notification!

It's been longer than you said it should take and I still haven't gotten my package. What do I do?
I'm running this all by myself and when things get busy, sometimes I mess up. If that happens, fill out the contact form at the bottom of the right column or use the contact form on my website. I'll sort it for you as soon as humanly possible! Please don't hate me!

There's a note on product pages that say my purchase won't ship for an extended period of time. What's your deal?
That means I'll be out of town for more than the usual three-day processing period. If I'm gone for a month or more, I'll take some with me just in case, but please note that if I'm out of the country, your shipping time will differ from those specified above. I am usually tweeting about my travels, so if you're antsy and want to know exactly how long it'll be, just check my Twitter. Or email me!

Can you give me a tracking number?
Yes, but it will cost extra. For domestic (US) orders, the price is nominal, but for international orders, you can only get tracking if you send it priority, which is usually pretty significantly more expensive, depending on your exact location. For either option (or if you just need me to ship it priority to meet a deadline), contact me directly via Twitter or the contact format at the bottom of the column on the right. We'll work it out!
